Cardiff is growing rapidly as a centre for economic activity and as a great place to work and live. The inaugural Cardiff Business Awards in 2015 brought the business community together for the first time to recognise the entrepreneurial and innovative ventures that are making a difference and this year the awards will continue to celebrate the best businesses in Cardiff and the vast potential that exists within the capital city of Wales.

Last year, we were delighted to be shortlisted in both the Tech and Innovation and Creative and Digital categories and even more so when we went on to win Creative and Digital Business of the Year.

This year we will be returning to the Cardiff Business Awards – not only as sponsors of the SME award but also as nominees for the 2016 Employer of the Year award.

The Employer of the Year award recognises businesses in Cardiff that continuously invest in their employees for sustainable growth and development, displaying evidence of staff development, retention and recruitment; career development and training for employees; commitment to diversity; and the embedding of a learning culture.

We are thrilled to be nominated for a Cardiff Business Award for the second year in a row and look forward to the ceremony on Friday 24th June – keep your fingers crossed for us!
