Merry Christmas from Yard

22nd December 2016 by Lauren Pearson | News & Events

merry christmas from yard supporting save the children and simba

Somehow, there’s only three more sleeps remaining until Christmas and it’s almost time for us Yardies to sign off for the holidays but before we do, we wanted to draw your attention to the amazing causes that we are supporting this Christmas.

We’re donating £5 to charity for every Christmas card that we’ve sent out this year – and we’re making it £10 for anyone who sends us a tweet to say they’ve received it. This year we’re donating to two charities – Save the Children and SiMBA.

Save the Children:

“Save the Children believes every child deserves a future. In the UK and around the world, we give children a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. We do whatever it takes for children – every day and in times of crisis – transforming their lives and the future we share.”

SiMBA:

“SiMBA was founded by a team of dedicated individuals in October 2005 in response to the needs of those affected by the loss of a baby during pregnancy or close to the time of birth.”

Two very worthwhile causes that we’re proud to be supporting – if you’ve had a Yard card through in the post, do drop us a tweet @YardDigital to help double the donation!
